Each year the Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne, Inc. offers scholarships to qualifying college students.  The amount of the scholarship depends on the number of students applying and qualifying.  Amount of scholarship:  $1000.00 to $1500.00 (to be paid directly to the school and applicable to tuition and fees).  Any student not completing the tenure of the scholarship will be required to reimburse the Federation for any unused portion. 

To quality for a scholarship, you must be completing at least one year at a college or university which offers an undergraduate degree program in any of the above listed disciplines (and related fields).  High school seniors are not eligible. 

You must be a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours per semester) and declare and be registered in one or more of the above fields of study. 

You must be a United States citizen.

The location of your educational institution is not a consideration, but you must maintain permanent residence in the area served by the Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne, Inc.  This area is limited to the Indiana counties of:  Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Kosciusko, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wabash, Wells, and Whitley.  Students maintaining permanent residence outside these counties will not be considered.

Scholarship recipients will be selected by a committee of advertising professionals and approved by the Advertising Federation Inc. Board of Directors.  Applicants may be required to interview with a committee of advertising professionals. 

Application for scholarship must be postmarked
no later than March 21, 2008.
