PROGRAMS AND EVENTS

Entertaining and educational luncheon programs with speakers are held monthly in August, September, October, November, January, March and April. Special events include the ADDY® Awards in February, The Silver Medal Honorary Luncheon in May, AFFW Golf Outing in June as well as additional events from time to time.  Programs consist of a general membership meeting and a featured speaker or program. Programs are held at various locations like the Summit Club, Orchard Ridge CC or Sycamore Hill CC and generally take place on the third Thursday of the month. Cocktail hour begins at 11:30 a.m., with lunch served at noon and the program starting at 12:30 p.m. 

Programs’ costs may vary with Ad Fed members receiving a discount. Guests are always welcome but may attend only two programs per year, excluding The American Advertising Awards (Addy's) show, before being solicited for active membership.

The reservation deadline for programs is generally the Friday prior to the program date. Reply forms are furnished with meeting notices to complete your reservation. If you prefer to make your reservation by telephone, please call 469-3907. (Some special meetings must be prepaid and the meeting notice will note that telephone reservations will not be accepted.)  Reservations can also be made online.

Reservations or cancellations for meetings normally must be RECEIVED by 5:00 p.m. three days before the event. If reservations or cancellations are received after the deadline, AFFW reserves the right to collect a late charge.
