About the American Advertising Awards

The American Advertising Awards (ADDY®) competition is a three-tiered, national competition recognizing excellence in advertising. It is hosted annually by the American Advertising Federation, and is the nation’s largest advertising competition.

The Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne, Inc., has hosted Fort Wayne’s ADDY® competition since 1964.

Winners receive Gold ADDY® Awards. Runners-up receive Silver ADDY® Awards. A category may have one winner, multiple winners, or no winners.
