The Ad Fed of Fort Wayne is a member of the American Advertising Federation (AAF). The AAF is the Unifying Voice for Advertising. It is the only professional advertising association that binds the mutual interests of corporate advertisers, agencies, media companies, suppliers and academia. The AAF’s 50,000 members, including the 200 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, share a commitment to make advertising a positive force in America’s economy and culture. The AAF is divided into 15 districts. The Ad Fed of Fort Wayne is part of AAF’s 6th District, encompassing Indiana, Michigan and Illinois.

The purpose of the Federation shall be
to promote and improve the advertising industry by:
Promoting the development and effective use of advertising as an instrument of marketing; Fostering higher standards of practice in advertising; Expanding recognition of advertising; and Cultivating a better understanding of the economic and social values of advertising to all people.
